We can accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit down Brunch, Lunch, Cocktail or Dinner style function.
 
We have hosted many conferences in the past and provide the ideal, quiet environment for brainstorming sessions with sufficient relaxation facilities to recharge tired minds. Our creative kitchen will cook up a storm for your event.
 
Various accommodation facilities provide ample space to overnight. No need to worry about getting home after the party – just stay over and enjoy our hearty breakfast the following morning.

Menu
 
See the menus and prices available below. Our set menus are available for groups of 12 or more guests. We can accommodate the set up and crockery for up to 60 guest and we have accommodation for 44 overnight guests. Your choice of menu will have to be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to the function date and table settings. Final number of guests to be confirmed 4 days prior to the event. Please remember to include the photographer/DJ/musicians should you wish to provide a meal for them.
 
Venue
 
Our lapa area can cater for up to 60 guests, for larger functions we would have to hire in additional equipment (crockery, tables, chairs, tent & etc.) and the party will be set up on an area adjacent to our Lapa, if need be. The Lapa area and bar can still be used for pre drinks or the wedding ceremony, depending on the number of guests. Kindly note that all additional equipment and any other needs for larger events is for the client’s own account. We can help with recommendations of previous suppliers within the area.

Snack platters & dips can also be organised for pre drinks after ceremonies, this must be pre-arranged with the
functions co-ordinator.
 
Flowers, wedding cake, photographer, DJ or entertainment and any extra decoration you wish to have for your function is to be arranged and set up on your own accord.
 
Deposit
 
Deposit required to secure booking upon the day you make your reservation for the function.
 
Deposit:      50% of the quote estimate
 
Balance of total cost to be settled on departure of function date. No cheques accepted.
 
Should you want to cancel your confirmed reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if we resell the venue for that day.
